MISSION
 
Increase sales activities of GEFCO products in inbound and aftermarket logistics for automotive manufacturers and suppliers.
 
ACTIVITIES
 
Existing Clients 
Development of existing clients base:
  • Staying up to date with market trends and latest developments
  • Operational processes monitoring within markets in question
  • Developing his/her client portfolio and increasing customer loyalty
  • Directly managing key projects  
 
New potential clients
Development of new clients base:
  • Monitoring markets in search of new potential sectors or customers
  • Promotion and implementation of Group’s products and services within his/her area of responsibility
  • Advising sales force on proposals and operational staff on relations between countries / markets in question
  • Taking part in design and deployment of sales programs / marketing campaigns for markets in question
  • Proposal preparation according to Gefco standards
  • Carrying out negotiations with the customers and concluding contracts based on detailed analysis of all aspects (clients’ needs‚ legal aspects and etc.)
 
Reporting
Processes monitoring and reporting on his/her area of activity:
  • Regular reporting with the use of group & subsidiary tools and systems
  • Identifying the events or problems which must be reported to management
  • Managing an internal contacts network (functional or operational - business contacts)
 
 
EXPECTED PERFORMANCE
 
  • Deep and formalized knowledge of his/her sector of activity:  
- Customers
- Competitors
- Logistics facilities (ports‚ terminals and etc.)
- Economical situation
- Anticipated further development
  • Established partnership with existing clients
- Additional business gained
  • Business gained with new customers
  • Existence of regular standardized reporting  
 
REQUIRED PROFILE
 
  • High level education
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in logistics area)
  • Foreign language: English – mastery
  • Computing knowledge : Windows‚ MS Office (Project‚ PowerPoint‚ Word‚ Excel‚ Outlook – good knowledge)  

Other knowledge:
  • Sales techniques (S&S‚ offering‚ negotiations‚ etc) -  (Expertise)
  • Standards and procedures relating to activity – (Mastery)
  • Cost analysis – (Mastery)
  • Market of logistics (international & local market) – (Mastery)
  • Project management - (Able to apply)
