•Supervise marketing manager.
•Develop and implement an integrated overall marketing strategy for the company products and services.

•Represent Company in Russian and foreign exhibition & congress organizations.
•Develop and maintain good working relationships with external suppliers and agencies (advertising agencies, producers of marketing materials) to ensure that Lenexpo receives the highest possible levels of service.
•Provide a proactive approach to problem solving to anticipate and resolve various issues associated with the plans/campaigns in a timely manner.
•Monitor adherence to the detailed campaign work plan and take corrective action as necessary so that all activities are completed within anticipated costs and timescales.
•Handle the marketing budget and follow up on its implementation.
•Analyze business processes issues and definition of solutions.
•Conduct benchmarking research (foreign companies in the first instance).
•Participate in Russian and foreign congresses, conferences and exhibitions.

•Preparation for contracts’ conclusion with account taken of standard acts on products delivery.
•Linkage of launching and delivery plans with manufacturing departments for the purpose of ensuring delivery of finished commodity within the prescribed time-limit.
•Participation in formation of yearly, quarterly and monthly nomenclative plans of production and delivery of finished commodity for commitment-provision balancing in accordance with concluded contracts.
•Identification of prospective customers.
•Tender preparation and presentation.
•Negotiation with company’s foreign partners.
