Design engineer

- Teaching to use CAD systems (SOLIDWORKS, КОМПАС, AUTOCAD) for create design drawings and 3D modeling;
- Teaching to use program products based on finite elements method (ANSYS, ABAQUS) for computational simulation of equipment in design and research activities;
- Organization science seminars for students;
- Scientific adviser of students degree thesis and research activities;
- Preparation of students for presentation their research reports on conferences and science seminars.

Project management:
- responsible for overall management of projects from reception of performance specification to issue basic engineering design package to project owners;
- basic data capture for project;
- establishment and responsibility for project communication with client and sub-contractors;
- field supervision project realization;
- prepare reports about project progress to client and senior management.

Design engineer:
- development design documentation for setup, repair and reconstruction of petrochemical industry processing equipment;
- design of pipeline systems for processing equipment of petrochemical enterprises;
- strength and stiffness analysis and evaluation of operational safety of pipeline systems and processing equipment in special software program products (ANSYS, ABAQUS);
- prepare design specification, design data and manuals.

3D modeling:
- 3D modeling of territory and potential accident industrial and social objects for creating demonstration video materials of possible succession emergency situations;
- computer simulation of products and creating of their 3D models based on 2D drawings.

Thesis title: Detection of cracks in centrifugal pump shaft on-stream using high-frequency components of vibration spectrum.
Development new method to diagnostic of transversal fatigue crack growth on shaft of centrifugal pump based on computational simulation of rotor system dynamic in program complex ANSYS and vibration monitoring.

Additional research:
Using program complexes based on finite element method for evaluation of full deflected mode of petrochemical equipment and remaining life assessment
Good theoretical skills in vibration monitoring of rotor-type assembly.

During my Phd I organized science seminars for students, was a chief science of students degree thesis, organized students research activities.

Personal interests: Interesting in energy-saving technology and renewable resources of energy
