Planning, organization, coordination of all project works in re-construction, re-equipment of public buildings (Design, Construction, including General). Working group management. Contractors and Designers management.
Projects:
1. Reconstruction of Theatre «Baltiysky Dom», St. Petersburg. Area - 14500 м2. Designing stage «design documentation». Coordination design documentation through state expertise with positive conclusion. Providing fulfilment of first stage of reconstruction and passing state commission.
2. Reconstruction of “Kamennoostrovsky Theatre”, St. Petersburg. Area - 7000 м2. Designing in stages «planning design», «design documentation», «working documentation» and getting through state expertise with positive conclusion. Reconstruction is in progress now.
3. Construction of multi-purpose complex « Conference Centre «Konstantinovsky», St. Petersburg. Area - 120000 м2. Designing in stage «planning design». Designing in stage «design documentation» in the volume of 40%. Currently project is suspended because of poor financing.

Organization and management of all works at site in construction of multifunctional complexes and residential buildings (General contract).Using company's own resources (200 workmen in order) and Subcontractors management as well.
Projects:
1. Construction of residential building, Moscow. Area - 27500 м2. Directing works at site from ground-work to completion.
2. Construction of residential building with non-residential premises, Moscow. Area - 25 000 м2. Directing works at site from ground-work to completion.
3. Construction of shopping centre, Moscow. Area - 10000 м2. Directing works at site from ground-work to completion.

Organization and management of all works at site section in construction of residential buildings (General contract). 50 workmen in order.
Projects:
1. Construction of residential building, Moscow. Area - 14000 м2. Directing works at concrete skeleton construction from foundation to completion.
2. Construction of residential building with non-residential premises, Moscow. Area - 12000 м2. Directing works at concrete skeleton construction from foundation to completion.
