     Customer Service Executive:
- Currently based at the Axiom Service Centre in Abu Dhabi servicing our existing mobile customers (walk ins) using Nokia‚ Sony Ericson‚ Imate‚ LG and Samsung
- Assist customers with data support and provide service over the phone.
- Continously follow up with customers and coordinate with the customer service and technical team by ensuring the customer needs are well taken care of and in a timely manner.
- Responsbible for all computer related issues in the branch such as network‚ maintenance‚ software installation‚ etc.
- Acting In Charge of the branch when the Operation Supervisor is absent.  
    Logistics Coordinator :
- Managed the incoming and outgoing transactions of the Abu Dhabi branch.
- Coordinated the logistics of the branch through internal channels.
- Prepared and submitted daily transaction reports and submitted to the Head.
- Reporting directly to the head of logistic department.
