Logistics specialist

- Work with sales and purchase contracts and foreign trade activities contracts;
- Dealing with customers concerning shipping terms, schedules and etc. on everyday basis;
- Organization of transportations of cargoes of the Company motor transport, including the conclusion and conducting contracts with the motor transportation companies on freight traffic.
- Duly maintanance by a nessesary vehicle of shipments of goods for its delivery to the addressees;
- Coordination and administration of loading and unloading in warehouses;
- Conducting the warehouse account of goods (on the base of the reports from materially responsible persons in warehouses);
- Manufacturing and granting of the overall operative reporting on movement of the goods and its rests in warehouses;
- Reconciliation of the stocks in quantitive and term of money (operative reporting and accounts depertment data);
- Knowledge of the warehouse account and ability to work with primary documents on arrival and the expense commodity-material assets;
- Responsible for monthly stock-taking in warehouses;
- Preparing documents for custons clearance of rawsugar;
