For our Team‚ we are currently recruiting Legal Credit representative:
Brief description of duties:
Routine functions:
- Check on new order intake - negotiate and clarify the payment terms
- Check on production release closely with Engineering and Inside Sales dept.
- daily review of jobs for production
- weekly assessment of upcoming jobs
Check on daily shipping - release of trucks Check on direct sales contracts
-Handling bank guarantees and Letter of CreditsCashing of receivables
- phone calls‚ reminders‚ visitsInvoicing
- proforma invoicesInvoicing
- VAT invoice for each received down payment
- special requirements in PL
Reporting Accounting - reconciliation of accounts‚ lettering‚ control accounts
Non-routine functions:
- New customer / builder dealer follow up - credit limit assessment
- Credit limit review - based on D&B reports‚ Atradius
- Claims - pricing‚ invoicing‚ quality
- Bad debt reporting
- Cash discount procedure
- Contact with customers - visits‚ meeting
Profile:
- Financial / Economics background‚ min 1 year of work experience in a similar position
- Open minded and willing to be in contact with customers
- Good manners‚ friendly and able to exchange with business people at all levels
- Internally responsive‚ autonomous‚ and interactive with colleagues from other departments
- Willing to travel
- Broad minded and interested into various business matters conc product but also general
- Stress resistant
- Good general culture
- Willing to have training abroad (in Luxembourg)
