ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:Образование:- University Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.- University Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience.- University Degree in a Supply Management discipline or equivalent experience.Обязательные требования:- Engineering background - Good English skills - enough for communicating with suppliers on his level - Computer proficiency - Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process - Experience made with foreign industrial companies - ERP System knowledge (preferable SAP) - Knowledge of unit processes and operations - Skill in interpersonal communications‚ negotiation‚ and conflict resolutionОбязанности:- Manages the day-by-day performance and relationship with a group of IM&S (Indirect Materials & Services) suppliers for JDO.- Schedules and expedites the delivery of IM&S from a group of suppliers to support operations in JDO.- Creates and executes the inventory plans to achieve the inventory/asset management regarding indirect materials for parts operations.- Evaluates the IM&S suppliers performances and ask for corrective actions‚ if necessary.- Works with the Strategic Supply Management Specialist from IM&S managing higher complexity categories and suppliers.- Performing daily SAP system maintenance and orderings in SAP and other systems.- Resolves shipping and receiving problems and ensures prompt and accurate payments to suppliers to meet all the needs of JDO.- Day-by-day ordering and expediting of Indirect Materials and Services within the right time‚ quality and costs Scheduling deliveries and managing orders for John Deere Orenburg (JDO) to keep the inventory accuracy regarding indirect materials in the production‚ in the tool crib.- Quick reaction to the daily Indirect Materials and Services needed to keep the inventory accuracy for the consumable production materials like fluids.Условия:- Great career opportunities in one of the world's famous Industrial Company- Creative & friendly atmosphere- Competitive salary & social package
