Main Responsibilities:
Preparation of advice on Russian and international taxation
Participation in projects on development and implementation of holding structures‚ trading structures‚ financing structures‚ IP holding structures
Communication with foreign partners on international taxation assignments (e.g. Cyprus‚ Luxembourg‚ Netherlands‚ UK‚ Switheland‚ USA)
Analysis of legislation and elaboration of company's position on complicated tax issues
Participation in client meetings and iteraction with clients
Preparation of proposals of tax services to the clients and other support to the partners in sellin tax services
