Project manager

The preparing of commercial offer. Realised the introduction of firm into NP SRО. Take a participate of tender work, for example the tender of Moscow Government and Ministry of Defence. Run the foreign trade activities. The last project is abhazian beer factory.

In my management was two construction procession of industrial projects. Had been making a Budget, Financial plan and the daily operative control of constructing factories. Had made a management of service of the customer on constructing factories. I had controlled a work with designers. I had been carrying out of tender, the conclusion of contracts. Had been conducting function of service of an Estimation (SDO) in full, reception of documents KS-2, KS-3. Had been controlling of debts by myself. Result of activity became delivery of the Belarus project to the state commission and a performance of 1-st stage of the Tver project.

I headed both project from a stage of receipt the Investor (Customer) application till the stage before construction (has signed acts of the executed works) i.e. has made the offer, had won the tender, has signed the contract, has lead the coordination of the project between Customer Genproektirovshchikom and the designer of section of KM ASTRON (Germany) and has provided designing stages АR, KM, КJ. Had changed system of the operatively-financial account at the enterprise by input of myself-made system of the account, the control, the analysis (MsExcel).

I was a manager of the project of constructing factory in Abkhazia republic (6 000 м2) and I was a curator of constructing the facade of “wet type” (3000 м2) in Ryazanski prospectus 73. Had been conducted the operatively-financial control of my firm under objective cost prices and by kinds of expenses. I had been searching a staff.

I was a head of Triumph-Palace object with 100 person in my submission. We are made of painting job and decorating job12 500 м2. Has a commercial and contractual work. I had been making the operatively-financial reports before a main office. I had been searching a staff.

I was second face in the wood-proceeding holding of PG MAIR in my submission was Manturovopromles, Soligalicheskiy lespromhoz, Buymebel, foreign commercial activity.
2) – Chief-manager of commerсial service JSC «BatayskMetallOptorg»;
It’s biggest metal-trade base in area. I had 100 person in my submission. Additionaly I had 4 branch in my submission in Armavir Adler Krasnodar Stavropol.
3) – Chief of commerсial service / Chief of supply service / Chief of the representation of JSC «Sulinskiy Metalurgicheskiy Zavod»
I had 50 person in my submission. It’s was uncrisis management after change owner.
4) – sales specialist of JSC «Vtormet».
I had a sale experience during 3 month, after this post I worked a chief of sales service.
