Senior project manager For Petrol Retail Projects

• Take responsibility for achievement of objectives and performance of the managed projects
• Lead petrol construction projects with related commercial activities
• Lead project associated staffs
• Cost‚ technical and permit management (planning and control)
• Procurement and contract management
• Control site supervision and co-ordination activities (quality‚ progress‚ health and safety )
• Report to the Market Manager to the headquarter of the company and to the client
• Lead the development as well as strategic & detailed construction programmes

• Professional engineer (preferably civil or mechanical engineer)
• Minimum six years experience in construction industry - experience in petrol station development is required
• Mature‚ solution- and goal-oriented personality with leadership skills‚ self-dependent on one side‚ but a good team player as well
• Native Russian and advanced English (business fluent)
• Good IT skills (MS office‚ AutoCAD‚ etc.)
• B - driving licence
