Finance manager

• Temporary project aimed at implementation and adaptation 1С 8.01 program, implementation and development managerial system based on IFRS standarts.
• Consulting activity relevant to monthly transformation of RAS financial reports into IFRS, Accounting Policies, consolidating process.
• Implementation of budgetary accounting and internal control systems.

- management accounting implementation; monthly quarterly and annual consolidation of management data (balance sheet, income statement, cash-flow); target accounting; set, review and update office policies;
- budgetary system implementation; annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting process; variance analysis;
- financial and economic activities analyzing (liquidity, business activity, rate of return, factors of income fluctuations – the scheme of Du Pount, cost variability, operating and financial leverage);
- cash flow control and management; treasury functions supervision;
- investment analyzing (NPV, IRR, IP, pay-back period), tax optimization, preparing documents for bank borrowing;
- support for all stages of internal control (compliance to internal Accounting policies and domestic legislation); responsible for the year end and internal audit review;
- implementation of ERP system based on 1C 8.01: system’s requirements definition and methodological descriptions for production process, trade and budgetary transactions and accounts relevantly an entity’s requirements; monitor data flows ensuring accuracy and acceptable standards maintenance;
- IAS/IFRS: Accounting Policy settlement, transformation process, adjustments, statement reports (BS, IS, CF, SCE, Notes), consolidation; realization and implementation a reconciliation system for statutorial/tax and head office reporting;
- reporting, presentations to Board of Directors, partners;
- optimisation of the payroll process including partner remunerations;
- managing & motivation of finance, accounting, IT teams.
